TERMS & CONDITIONS

By filling in and returning the Application Form you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions.

Payment MUST be made online in advance of a booking.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the lesson. If 48 hours notice is not given the fee for the lesson will be charged in full. This also includes non-attendance due to illness or for forgetting the arrangement.

If you are late to a lesson the lesson will be charged in full and will finish at the scheduled time.

Rescheduling

Due to other commitments (such as workshops, gigs etc.) Jai may have to reschedule a lesson from time to time. As much notice as possible will be given and the lesson rescheduled as soon as is convenient for you.

Responsibility

You will be guided in the best personal regime to keep your voice in a good, healthy condition. However, you are ultimately responsible for your own vocal health. Therefore, you must practise responsibly and take into consideration any effects that practising under different conditions may have on your vocal health.

Liability

Please note that whilst attending lessons Jai Ramage cannot be held liable for you or any loss or damage to any of your possessions.
